About the Role

Want a role where you actually learn skills that matter?

At H!KINEX, we help motivated people build real-world sales and communication skills while working with U.S.-based businesses. You don’t need sales experience - we’ll train you. What we’re looking for is curiosity, confidence, and the willingness to hear “no” and keep improving.

As a Sales Account Executive, you’ll handle outbound calls, book meetings, and support early sales conversations. You’ll work closely with U.S. leaders, learn how professional sales works, and gain experience that builds confidence fast.

This role is for people who want to grow, try something challenging, and build skills they can actually use long-term.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • You’ll get real training and mentorship, not just instructions
  • You’ll work with U.S. companies and leaders, not simulated tasks
  • You’ll build confidence in communication, persuasion, and professionalism
  • You’ll see clear growth if you perform well
  • You’ll be part of a team that supports learning, not perfection

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Make outbound and cold calls to start real conversations and book discovery or intro calls
  • Use prospecting tools to find potential clients and set meetings with the right people
  • Help build the sales pipeline by booking high-quality meetings for sales managers
  • Learn how to clearly explain what we offer, understand what prospects need, and decide if it’s a good fit
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to test new messaging, campaigns, and outreach ideas
  • Follow clear processes and standards so everyone stays aligned
  • Jump in on special projects or new initiatives as the team grows - this role evolves with you

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong English communication skills and good comprehension
  • No sales experience required - we’ll train you, as long as you understand what sales is and are comfortable making cold calls
  • Willingness to hear “no,” learn from it, and keep improving
  • Experience with outbound calls or U.S. clients is a plus, but not required
  • Clear, confident communication with minimal filler words

Ready to Apply?

If you’re confident in English, open to learning, and excited to build real skills while working with U.S.-based teams, we’d love to hear from you.

At H!KINEX, you’ll find a supportive, growth-focused environment where effort is noticed, feedback is real, and development actually happens. All while working remotely and collaborating with experienced leaders.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
