Job Description:
This role will deliver results by partnering with key stakeholders (Internal and external) to execute our strategic vision for the market to create sustainable growth based on distribution and execution in Modern Trade. It will also build capabilities to win with different types of customers.
What are we looking for?
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans: Design and implement sales strategies to drive growth and achieve targets within the traditional channel.
2. Distributor leadership and development: Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to ensure high performance and goal attainment.
3. Customer and partner relationship management: Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders to enhance market presence.
4. Market and consumer insights: Analyze market trends and consumer behaviors to identify opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
5. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and other teams to align on planning and execution.
6. Sales performance monitoring and reporting: Track sales KPIs, analyze results, and adjust tactics for continuous improvement.
7. S&OP process management: Lead the Sales & Operations Planning process for the channel, aligning sales forecasts with supply chain capabilities to ensure optimal inventory levels and supply availability.
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in similar positions in FMCG industry
College or University degree
Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish written and verbal)
Microsoft Office, Business Object
A strong understanding of the CPG industry, customer needs, and market trends is vital to develop innovative, sustainable growth strategies.

Identify new market opportunities and develop growth strategies.
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and other teams for aligned execution.
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to inform strategies.
Drive forecast accuracy, pipeline management, and performance analytics.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
