A data and analytics company serving colleges and universities nationwide is hiring an Account Manager to join its Client Solutions team. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client universities, helping them get full value from their investment in the company’s data and analytics solutions — from onboarding and training through ongoing consultation and renewal. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, proactive, and comfortable moving fluidly between data-driven conversations and relationship-building, with the organizational discipline to manage multiple client relationships and priorities at once. This is a fully remote role.

If you have…

  • Experience building trust-based client relationships — training delivery, project implementation planning, and account management toward renewal and expansion goals
  • Ability to think analytically and communicate complex data clearly to both data-savvy and non-technical audiences
  • Strong organizational skills and the flexibility to manage multiple client accounts and competing priorities at once
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time for client visits, conferences, and team meetings
  • Master’s degree required; doctoral degree preferred

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
