The Digital In Silico Research team is a key innovation engine within Digital R&D, dedicated to pioneering next-generation digital products that reshape how R&D discovers, designs, and develops new medicines. As the In Silico Data Analytics Product Line Owner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cross-functional in silico capabilities that meet the needs of multiple business functions, including Research, Vaccines, GMU, LMR, CMC, and Translational Biomarkers. You will focus on key areas such as NGS, digital pathology, and proteomics, ensuring these capabilities are effectively integrated across the organization. Working closely with scientific and technical teams, you will help define requirements, implement solutions, and drive adoption of these critical capabilities to enhance Sanofi's ability to make data-driven scientific decisions.
You will collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders across multiple business functions to ensure that transversal in silico capabilities are aligned with business needs and effectively integrated into scientific workflows. Your expertise will be instrumental in building robust data foundations and analytical frameworks that enable scientists to leverage advanced technologies for drug discovery and translational research.

Main Responsibilities:
Capability Development & Implementation:
Develop and implement transversal analytical capabilities that meet the needs of multiple business functions
Collaborate with scientific teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Ensure data continuity and integration between different platforms and business functions
Work with technical delivery teams to build robust data foundations for multi-omics workflows
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with R&D business stakeholders to develop a clear vision and define operational demand initiatives, ensuring products evolve with R&D business needs and drive high maturity
Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across different teams using similar capabilities
Identify opportunities for synergy and efficiency in the implementation of in silico capabilities
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure capabilities are integrated into product roadmaps
Innovation & Technical Excellence:
Stay current on emerging technologies and methodologies in NGS, single-cell analysis, digital pathology and spatial biology, metabolomics, and proteomics
Evaluate new tools and approaches that could enhance Sanofi's in silico capabilities
Contribute to the AI Research initiatives, focusing on applications in drug discovery
Drive continuous improvement of existing capabilities based on user feedback and technological advancements
Adoption & Change Management:
Develop training materials and documentation to support user adoption
Work with business stakeholders to ensure proper integration of capabilities into scientific workflows
Monitor usage metrics and gather feedback to inform future enhancements
Identify and address barriers to adoption across different business functions
About You
Experience:
5+ years of experience in product management, project management in a technical field, R&D data management, or other related field
Education: Master's Degree required, PhD preferred, in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Systems Biology, Structural Biology, Bioengineering, Computational Sciences)
Skills:
Strong technical expertise in at least one of the key capability areas (NGS, digital pathology, proteomics) with working knowledge of the others
Experience implementing computational tools and workflows in a scientific research environment
Experience in or good understanding of Pharma R&D portfolio optimization in large pharma, or demonstrated ability to learn the business quickly
Good understanding of data pipelines and workflows and how to derive value from data to solve business challenges
Strong networking, influencing and negotiating skills and superior problem-solving skills
Demonstrated experience with leading design-thinking and ideation workshops and working sessions with diverse groups of stakeholders
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects or programs
Ability to build business relationships and understand end-to-end data use and needs
Excellent ability to listen to stakeholders and end users, ensuring data products are built to address their specific needs and use cases
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams

The salary range for this position is:
