About the Role

Popl is hiring a Head of Revenue Operations to help us scale our GTM engine. In this role, you'll work across sales, marketing, and customer success to optimize processes, manage systems, and provide the data and insights needed to drive revenue growth. This is a great opportunity for someone with 5-7 years of RevOps experience who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and evolve our GTM tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Chili Piper, Apollo, and others), ensuring it supports scalability and team efficiency

  • Build and manage reporting infrastructure to provide visibility into pipeline health, conversion metrics, revenue performance, and forecast accuracy

  • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to identify operational bottlenecks and implement automation, process improvements, and tooling enhancements

  • Drive initiatives around lead routing, attribution, territory design, and lifecycle workflows

  • Ensure data integrity across systems, supporting accurate reporting and confident decision-making

  • Lead the planning and execution of sales compensation programs, headcount planning, and territory assignments

  • Act as a cross-functional leader, translating strategy into scalable processes and enabling GTM teams to execute effectively

What We’re Looking For
  • 5–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic ownership capacity

  • Deep experience with Salesforce, and a strong working knowledge of marketing automation and sales engagement tools (HubSpot, Apollo, etc.)

  • Proven ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize GTM strategy

  • Track record of leading cross-functional projects and collaborating closely with senior leadership

  • Highly organized and process-driven, with strong project management skills

  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Nice to Haves
  • Experience at a SaaS company, ideally in the $10M–$50M ARR range

  • Familiarity with tools like Looker, HubSpot, Gong/Avoma, Apollo, and Zapier

  • Experience implementing lead scoring, multi-touch attribution models, or funnel diagnostics

  • Interest in in-person marketing and event lead capture
