We are looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to align revenue goals with organizational objectives and build the operational foundation for sustainable growth. Together with your team of 6, you will lead cross-functional initiatives between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner teams to ensure seamless processes, accurate reporting, and optimized workflows that enhance business performance.

Responsibilities
- Support & guide your remote team of Wingtranauts across Europe & the US
- Co-develop Wingtra’s commercial strategy as part of the senior leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO
- Align sales, marketing, and customer success operations with overall revenue goals, defining key commercial KPIs and performance frameworks.
- Build and maintain scalable commercial and partner programs, including legal, operational, and enablement frameworks.
- Design and optimize order-to-cash (O2C) processes, pipeline management, lead handover, and partner onboarding processes to drive growth and efficiency.
- Eliminate silos and foster cross-functional collaboration by documenting and standardizing workflows across teams and regions.
- Establish a unified, accurate data infrastructure across HubSpot, Impartner, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Looker Studio, Google Sheets).Track and analyze KPIs across the customer lifecycle (conversion, retention, upsell), ensuring accurate forecasting and commission reporting.
- Provide actionable insights through dashboards, QBRs, and partner reports to guide strategic decision-making.
- Manage and enhance the revenue tech stack, ensuring seamless data flow and a 360° customer view, while driving adoption through training and support.
- Develop and oversee partner enablement strategies and track partner maturity and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Min. 5 years of experience in revenue operations, analytics, or commercial strategy in B2B technology sales through channel partner
- Experience in a startup / scale up environment & willingness to travel 30% of your time
- Proven track record in aligning cross-functional teams around revenue objectives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- Tech-savvy and well versed with various business tool architectures
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in Business English
- Structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven approach
- Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset — ready to build, fix, and improve processes directly
- Strong business acumen with experience leading multi-department initiatives
