The Product team at ReflexAI leads multiple large-scale initiatives, including ReflexAI’s highly visible development of a tool that trains veterans to support each other through mental health challenges.
About this role
As Head of Product at ReflexAI, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our AI-powered tools that enhance training and quality assurance for high-stakes conversations - whether in behavioral health, sales, customer support, or other mission-critical settings. You'll grow and inspire a top-tier team of product managers and designers while fostering a culture of quality, execution, iteration, creativity, and empathy. While ReflexAI has already made significant progress – including recognition as Fast Company’s 2024 World Changing Idea in Data & AI – execution is critical in our high-growth startup environment. Your ability to translate strategy into outcomes while continually assessing tradeoffs will directly influence our success. Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, research, customer experience, and go-to-market teams, you will ensure our products not only delight users but also support ReflexAI's mission to scale human connection through technology. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of responsible AI across industries, driving sustainable growth and measurable human impact.
What you'll do
- Lead roadmap planning and execution, translating company strategy and customer insights into prioritized initiatives.
- Continuously assess tradeoffs and work with organizational leaders to ensure that the highest impact items are being prioritized.
- Build and scale a high-performing product and design team, including the use of clear leveling frameworks and professional development paths.
- Drive product operations and a data-informed culture, using metrics to guide delivery, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering and ML teams to turn new AI and engineering capabilities into scalable, impactful product features.
- Ensure product excellence across the customer lifecycle from onboarding through retention, by working closely with sales, marketing, and support.
- Conduct user research and validation to inform feature development and long-term vision.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
- Cultivate a mission-driven product culture centered on execution, empathy, and innovation.
