The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Product with a strong background in user experience (UX), marketing, and product management. In this role, you will own the product strategy, oversee development, and ensure a seamless user experience. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers, to create and scale a best-in-class digital health platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and drive the product roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead product, design, and development teams. Foster collaboration and productivity through clear communication and decision-making.
  • User-Centered Design: Champion a user-first approach, ensuring UX research informs all product decisions.
  • Marketing & Go-to-Market Strategy: Work with marketing teams to craft compelling product positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use data and analytics to evaluate product performance, optimize features, and inform decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between leadership, marketing, and tech teams, ensuring everyone is aligned.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years in product management, with at least 3 years leading teams. Experience in health tech, wellness, or a mission-driven startup is a plus.
  • UX & Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of UX design principles and marketing strategy. Ability to translate user needs into actionable product features.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing developers, designers, and marketers toward shared goals.
  • Technical Fluency: Ability to work effectively with development teams and understand the tech stack.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Experience with product analytics tools and translating data into business insights.
  • Passion for Healthcare: Deep interest in improving healthcare access and outcomes through technology.
