Who We Are

PathAI is on a mission to improve patient outcomes with AI-powered pathology. We are transforming traditional pathology methods into powerful, new technologies. These innovations in pathology can help accelerate drug development, improve confidence in the accuracy of diagnosis, and get life-saving therapies to patients more quickly. At PathAI, you'll work with a diverse and talented team of people, who are dedicated to solving complex problems and making a huge impact.

Where You Fit

We’re looking for a dynamic, strategic, growth-driven Head of Product Marketing to lead go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for PathAI’s portfolio of AI-powered pathology solutions. As a key leader on the marketing team, you will drive product adoption across biopharma, diagnostics, and clinical markets—bridging technical innovation with commercial impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Go-To-Market Leadership: Own and execute GTM strategy for PathAI’s AI-powered pathology solutions, ensuring clear positioning and value differentiation across biopharma, diagnostics, and clinical segments.
  • Strategic Messaging & Positioning: Develop compelling messaging frameworks that translate complex AI technology into clear, differentiated value propositions for multiple stakeholders—biopharma partners, pathologists, and healthcare executives.
  • Sales Enablement: Build high-impact sales tools, including pitch decks and case studies, equipping commercial teams to drive adoption.
  • Market Intelligence & Customer Insights: Conduct deep market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and refine PathAI’s market approach.
  • Demand Generation & Growth: Partner with commercial teams to create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Commercial, Quality and Regulatory teams to align marketing strategy with business objectives.
  • Thought Leadership & Industry Influence: Establish PathAI as a leader in AI-powered pathology through content strategy, conference presentations, and key industry events.
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in product marketing at a high-growth healthtech, AI/ML, or life sciences company.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML in healthcare and its impact on diagnostics, pathology, and biopharma.
  • Exceptional storytelling ability—can translate technical complexity into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Track record of successful GTM execution, market positioning, and commercialization in B2B SaaS, healthcare, or biopharma partnerships.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for understanding market trends, customer pain points, and business impact.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence—comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders, KOLs, and industry leaders.
We Want To Hear From You

At PathAI, we are looking for individuals who are team players, are willing to do the work no matter how big or small it may be, and who are passionate about everything they do. If this sounds like you, even if you may not match the job description to a tee, we encourage you to apply. You could be exactly what we're looking for.

PathAI is an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to creating a workplace that is free of harassment and discrimination.
