You will operate as a core member of the GTM leadership team, partnering closely with the CRO and executive leadership to define and drive Verve’s growth strategy.

Own Growth & Revenue Impact
  • Own marketing’s contribution to pipeline, revenue, and deal velocity
  • Build and scale a repeatable, measurable growth engine aligned to enterprise sales
  • Partner deeply with Sales to improve conversion, shorten cycles, and win rates
  • Develop account-based strategies targeting large industrial and logistics customers
Define the Market & Category
  • Establish Verve as the category leader in industrial wearables and worker augmentation
  • Shape how the market understands ROI-driven ergonomics and workforce performance
  • Translate complex product value into clear, compelling narratives for executive buyers
  • Drive positioning across key verticals (logistics, manufacturing, distribution)
Lead GTM Strategy
  • Partner with GTM leadership to define ICP, segmentation, and expansion strategy
  • Inform market entry priorities, vertical focus, and growth investments
  • Influence pricing, packaging, and overall go-to-market approach
  • Continuously refine the company’s GTM motion based on data and market feedback
Build the Growth Engine
  • Develop and scale demand generation across digital, field, partner, and ABM channels
  • Own funnel performance (pipeline creation, conversion, velocity) with clear metrics
  • Build field and partner marketing programs aligned to enterprise sales cycles
  • Support strategic partnerships through co-marketing and joint GTM efforts
Own Narrative, Content & Product Marketing
  • Turn customer deployments into compelling ROI stories and reference assets
  • Build sales enablement that wins at the VP and C-level
  • Lead product launches, segmentation, and competitive positioning
  • Elevate Verve’s brand through thought leadership and industry presence

Coordinate Tradeshows and Field Events

  • Maintain, update and iterate on the designs of our tradeshow booth set up
  • Coordinate the schedule, staffing, and staff attendance  for the tradeshow circuit
  • Align marketing strategies with Verve Motion’s partner-led booths
  • Organize all lead capture and hand-off to commercial team, for  prompt follow up 
Build & Lead the Team
  • Hire and develop a high-performing marketing team over time
  • Establish the right mix of internal talent and external partners
  • Create a culture of accountability, speed, and high standards

Core Experience
  • 7+ years in B2B marketing, with experience in high-growth or early-stage environments
  • Proven track record of building and scaling marketing from the ground up
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales motions (multi-stakeholder, ROI-driven, long-cycle deals)
  • Demonstrated impact on pipeline and revenue

  • You build and leverage an AI-powered toolkit as a force multiplier, using generative AI and automation to scale content, research, analysis, and campaign execution so you can operate with the output of a team well before you have one
     
Bonus Points
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, robotics, or hardware-enabled software
  • Experience helping define a new category or emerging market
  • Background in sales-led or hybrid GTM environments
  • You are comfortable with a moderate amount of travel, to support tradeshow and field events
  • A demonstrated track record of integrating AI tools into marketing workflows to accelerate pipeline generation, personalize outreach at scale, and build high-quality sales enablement, with a clear perspective on where AI adds leverage and where human judgment is essential
