In this leadership role, you will serve as senior platform strategy leader and trusted partner to Enterprise Technology, shaping platform direction and ensuring delivery of measurable business value while leading and developing a team of marketing technology product portfolio, and operations leaders.

The Impact
- Define and lead the end-to-end marketing platform strategy-aligning Brand & Marketing priorities with enterprise technology capabilities and roadmaps to deliver scalable, reusable solutions.
- Serve as an executive leader for Martech ecosystems, shaping vision, roadmaps, business cases, and delivery plans in partnership with ETX, Data, Marketing leaders, and vendors.
- Provide oversight of the marketing technology portfolio, ensuring investments deliver measurable marketing and business value.
- Drive cross-channel digital experiences and recommend customer and advisor journeys that improve usability, adoption, and outcomes-especially for field advisor Martech.
- Increase platform adoption and ROI through user education, enablement, and storytelling-helping teams understand how to use tools and data to solve business problems.
- Refine governance, operating models, and processes to improve intake, prioritization, rollout, and ongoing optimization; stay current on best practices and influence the organization toward best-in-class solutions.
- Lead and develop a team of marketing technology product managers, portfolio managers, and operations consultants, building strong partnerships across Marketing, Technology, Data, and implementation partners.
The Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in marketing technology (MarTech), digital platforms, or product/portfolio leadership.
- 7+ years of leadership experience, including leading and developing teams.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale marketing technology, digital, or platform transformations from strategy through delivery.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into platform requirements, use cases, and roadmaps in partnership with technology organizations.
- Experience establishing governance, operating models, and processes to drive adoption and value realization for enterprise platforms.
