As our Head of Luxury Travel Storytelling & Content, you'll transform extraordinary travel experiences into compelling editorial content that inspires our members and empowers our advisors. From iconic hotels and hidden gems to unforgettable itineraries and insider recommendations, you'll help tell the stories behind the world's most exceptional travel experiences—while working alongside experts who live and breathe luxury travel.
In your first year, you'll build the editorial foundation that powers Marchay's member experience and AI platform. As that foundation grows, you'll expand into newsletters, partnerships, and social content that elevate our brand and shape the future of luxury travel storytelling.

What You'll Do*Please note that this is a remote role
Build Marchay's Content Foundation- Own and continuously improve Marchay's internal content library.
- Rewrite and elevate destination guides, hotel descriptions, restaurant recommendations, itineraries, concierge resources, and other member-facing content into a consistent editorial voice.
- Partner closely with our Travel Advisors, Concierge team, Operations, and Engineering to organize and migrate content into Marchay's evolving AI platform.
- Develop scalable editorial standards, content governance, and workflows that ensure consistency and long-term quality.
- Audit and refresh existing content to maintain accuracy, relevance, and a premium member experience.
- Develop and manage an editorial calendar for member, prospect, and partnership communications.
- Write thoughtful, sophisticated content across newsletters, blog posts, travel features, and other editorial initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to uncover unique travel insights and stories.
- Measure engagement and continuously refine content based on performance.
- Create content that supports strategic partnerships and partner landing pages.
- Repurpose editorial content across multiple channels while maintaining a consistent voice.
- Oversee Marchay's social media presence through curated, high-quality content and thoughtful storytelling once the internal content foundation has been established.
- Track content and social performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
RequirementsWhat We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Several years of experience in editorial, content strategy, or communications within luxury travel, experience as a travel advisor preferred.
- Experience writing polished editorial or long-form content with a refined editorial voice.
- Experience editing and proofreading written content to a high standard.
- Experience partnering with Travel Advisors and Leadership.
- Available during Eastern Time business hours.
