We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of GTM Enablement to help empower our sales, BDR, partners, solution consultants (collectively referred to as the sales team) with the tools, training, and strategies needed to accelerate growth and achieve market leadership. This critical role will work cross-functionally to enhance our go-to-market engine and drive the success of our customer-facing teams.


What You’ll Do:

As the Head of GTM Enablement, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring that all Candid Health’s GTM teams—sales, BDR, partners, solution consultants (collectively referred to as the sales team)—are empowered to operate at their highest potential. Your work will directly influence the efficiency and effectiveness of our entire go-to-market strategy.

  • Sales Enablement:

    • Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding and continuous training program for the sales team, ensuring they are well-versed in our product, market positioning, and unique value proposition.

    • Work with our product and sales engineering team to reflect product updates and changes in our internal and external collateral

    • Develop and maintain sales playbooks to streamline processes and messaging across customer touchpoints.

    • Manage and optimize CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to ensure effective tracking, lead follow-up, and closing strategies.

    • Provide competitive analysis and equip the sales team with the insights they need to position Candid Health effectively in the marketplace.

  • Marketing Enablement:

    • Collaborate with marketing to provide high-quality content (case studies, white papers, blog posts) that empowers the sales team to generate and nurture leads.

    • Partner with Marketing to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and broader GTM strategy, maximizing lead conversion and customer engagement.

    • Partner with the BD team to help execute demand generation strategies to drive lead growth and accelerate sales pipeline development.

  • Product Enablement:

    • Work with the Product and Solution Consulting teams to develop and implement a product training program for all customer-facing teams to ensure deep understanding of product features, benefits, and fit within the market.

  • Technology & Tools:

    • Ensure seamless integration of productivity and collaboration tools (CRM, communication platforms, etc.) across all GTM functions.

    • Continuously evaluate and improve the GTM tech stack, ensuring tools are optimized for efficiency and scalability.

    • Experience deploying content management and learning management systems

What You’ll Need:

  • 7+ years of experience in GTM enablement, sales operations, or a related field at a fast-growing company.

  • Strong experience with sales and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, LMS and CMS etc.) and an ability to integrate systems across departments.

  • Proven track record in developing training programs, sales playbooks, and enablement content that drive measurable improvements in sales performance.

  • Deep understanding of the sales process, lead management, and competitive dynamics in a B2B or healthcare context.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization.

  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Comfortable with data-driven decision making, and proficient with reporting and analytics tools (Excel, BI tools, etc.).

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across teams and departments.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience as an individual or leader in sales

  • Experience working in the healthcare domain.

  • Familiarity with customer success and product management processes in a SaaS environment.

  • Prior experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced scale-up environment.

  • Experience with CRM or sales enablement system administration (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
