The Head of Growth will strategize and lead growth initiatives, optimize demand generation and revenue strategies, and collaborate across departments to establish a scalable pipeline engine.
The summary above was generated by AI

Flexcompute is redefining the future of hardware engineering by making hardware innovation as easy as software. Our Aero Intelligence platform unifies GPU-native CFD, AI-driven geometry automation, and continuous physics learning into the world’s first fully automated, AI-native simulation ecosystem. This enables customers to collapse multi-month engineering cycles into real-time iteration across aerospace, automotive, robotics, energy, and next-generation hardware sectors.

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Head of Growth to own Flexcompute’s top-of-funnel engine, multi-channel demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue expansion. This leader will architect and scale an integrated growth motion spanning product-led signals, outbound programs, and ecosystem/partner channels to build a predictable, repeatable pipeline across all customer segments.

What Makes This Role Unique

You will design and scale the growth engine powering Flexcompute’s next stage of expansion, uniting product-led signals, outbound excellence, and ecosystem growth. This role shapes how the world’s most advanced engineering organizations discover, evaluate, and adopt Flexcompute’s AI-native simulation technologies.

Requirements

• Own company-level growth strategy: top-of-funnel, multi-channel demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue impact.

• Build a predictable pipeline engine across enterprise, mid-market, and strategic segments.

• Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel programs: outbound, ABM, PLG signal-based sequences, events, partner-led growth, and content engines.

• Build and lead a high-performance growth organization across demand gen, digital, operations, and partner marketing.

• Partner tightly with Sales, Product, and Partnerships to translate product capabilities into measurable growth levers.

• Develop rigorous analytics: dashboards, funnel models, CAC/ROI analysis, and growth experimentation frameworks.

• Drive alignment across GTM leadership to ensure pipeline quality, velocity, and conversion.

• Establish operational excellence, including forecasting, channel attribution, and campaign performance reviews.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5–10+ years in growth, demand generation, revenue marketing, or growth strategy in a B2B SaaS environment.

• Experience scaling GTM motions in the $10–$100M ARR stage.

• Proven track record building predictable, data-driven pipeline engines.

• Deep familiarity with enterprise SaaS GTM: ABM, multi-threaded outbound, ecosystem-led growth, strategic events, and content development.

• Strong operator with analytics fluency — funnel modeling, CAC optimization, dashboarding, and multi-channel attribution.

• Highly collaborative across Product, Sales, and Partnerships with the ability to turn product insights into pipeline acceleration.

• Excellent communicator capable of influencing both technical and commercial stakeholders.

• Bonus: experience in deep tech, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, semiconductor, engineering tools, or complex technical ecosystems.

Success Metrics

• Pipeline generation and contribution to revenue.

• Top-of-funnel velocity, quality, and conversion rates.

• CAC efficiency, ROI of growth channels, and campaign performance.

• Growth engine scalability across enterprise and strategic segments.

• Alignment and execution across Sales, Product, and Partnerships.

Compensation

Competitive base salary, strong commission and accelerator plan, meaningful equity, and full benefits.

Benefits
  • Competitive compensation with equity of a fast-growing startup.
  • Medical, dental, and vision health insurance.
  • 401(k) Contribution.
  • Gym allowance.
  • Friendly, thoughtful, and intelligent coworkers.
