Overview
At Verkada, we're known to push traditional boundaries, and our global B2B marketing efforts are no exception. Our plan is to reinvent growth. As the Head of Global Enterprise Growth, reporting to our CMO, you'll be leading a team of exceptionally sharp people—ex-investment bankers, analysts, startup chiefs of staff turned Demand Gen experts who think outside of the box and create like no other. This team experiments fast, thinks critically, isn't afraid to fail, and thrives on solving tough problems. We hope to find someone who isn't afraid to challenge traditional B2B marketing ideology and build a uniquely scalable growth engine.

We are committed to a thriving in-office culture. This role requires that you be on-site full time at our HQ in San Mateo, CA.
Responsibilities

  • Ensure the team's ability to meet and exceed pipeline and revenue targets consistently as Verkada scales globally
  • Develop and execute high-impact ABM and volume-based strategies that not only drive measurable revenue but also establish Verkada as the go-to solution for our top strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with and empower a high-performing Enterprise Sales team, creating dynamic, scalable marketing initiatives that enhance partner engagement and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Leverage AI and advanced marketing technologies to automate, optimize, and scale campaigns with precision—ensuring a seamless, high-ROI approach to growth marketing.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a team of world-class Growth Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration while equipping them with cutting-edge tools and strategies to drive continuous success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field from a top institution
  • Experienced leader with 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, demand generation, or related field, ideally at a high-growth B2B technology company
  • At least 3+ years of experience hiring, managing, mentoring, and enabling high performance pipeline generating teams
  • Experience launching multi-channel growth engines from 0 to 1 across multiple products, ideally focusing on enterprise audiences
  • As a leader, you adapt quickly and have the ability to dive into execution mode or zoom out to think big picture at a moment's notice
  • Hands-on experience leveraging marketing automation tools, AI tools, and other marketing technologies, deeply understanding the tradeoffs, limitations, and benefits of their various use cases
  • Impeccable quantitative ability to analyze data and partner effectively with engineering teams (understanding of SQL, Python, or Javascript is a plus)
  • Experience fostering a culture of curiosity, resilience, creativity, and collaboration. Your ideal team relentlessly pursues difficult challenges, leaves no stone unturned, and is not afraid to experiment and think outside the box.
  • You have the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence, making swift yet strategic decisions that drive execution. Ideally, you’ve been the leader who brings clarity to uncertainty, empowering teams to move forward with focus and precision.

Annual Pay Range

At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs)

Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
