Key Responsibilities:
- Set the field readiness strategy: Build readiness plans aligned to revenue priorities, performance gaps, and the capabilities required across roles and regions.
- Lead and develop the team: Establish clear ownership, strengthen business acumen, a and build consistent practices for field partnership, planning, and execution.
- Partner field field leadership: Establish trusted relationships and regular planning rhythms to anticipate needs, agree on priorities, and assess progress.
- Translate global programs into field execution: Partner with Global Programs Product & Solution Readiness, Onboarding, and Learning Experiences to deliver relevant activation and reinforcement for each audience.
- Make frontline managers a force multiplier: Equip managers with practical coaching tools and reinforcement approaches that fit into existing team and business rhythms.
- Advance modern, AI-enabled readiness: Connect onboarding and ongoing development through applied practice, AI-enabled coaching, and in-workflow support. Identify field needs, help build business cases for new capabilities, and drive adoption and reinforcement to improve field proficiency.
- Drive prioritization and coordination: Contribute to shared intake, planning, and calendar processes that balance strategic priorities with emerging needs and field capacity.
- Bring field insights into program design: Use feedback and performance data to shape enablement investments and improve their relevance and effectiveness.
- Measure and improve impact: Assess proficiency, adoption, and behavior change, partnering with Revenue Operations and field leaders to evaluate contribution to business outcomes.
What you Bring:
- Significant experience in revenue enablement, field readiness, or sales leadership within a complex B2B technology organization.
- Demonstrated success leading and developing teams across multiple roles, regions, or segments.
- The ability to build trusted partnerships with senior revenue leaders and influence priorities in a matrixed organization.
- Strong understanding of enterprise selling, customer buying journeys, sales methodologies, and frontline manager coaching.
- A track record of translating business priorities into readiness programs that drive adoption and sustained application.
- Experience applying modern enablement approaches, including AI-enabled learning and coaching, with the ability to translate field needs into clear requirements and business cases and measure their impact.
- Clear, effective communication and experience leading through growth and organizational change. Direct sales or sales management experience is an asset.
