Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design, build-out, and operation of a direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce system for the global collectible toy market. This role involves full-cycle ownership of business model design, team structure, product strategy, marketing activation, user experience, and performance optimization — all grounded in a deep understanding of global youth culture and e-commerce best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic development and implementation of a DTC e-commerce model for global collectible toy products. Design agile and scalable operations tailored to international market characteristics and user preferences, including product curation, marketing, transactions, and customer service.

- Strong market awareness and product curation skills. Familiarity with global toy supply chain ecosystems and extensive vendor relationships. Confident negotiator with commercial acumen.
- Deep understanding of international digital marketing channels and strategies. Hands-on experience with social media operations, content creation, and campaign execution.
- Solid knowledge of user experience design and optimization. Highly proficient in data analytics and comfortable applying insights to drive business decisions.
