Remote | Full-Time | Noho Labs

About Noho Labs

Noho Labs is building a more trusted, clinically rigorous way for patients to access peptide-based care.

The peptide market is growing quickly, but it is also confusing, fragmented, and full of noise. Noho combines telehealth, clinical oversight, research, education, and modern patient experience to bring more clarity, trust, and structure to an emerging category of medicine.

We are building a company that can help define the next generation of peptide, longevity, and health optimization care.

About the Role

We’re looking for a communications and brand marketing leader who can be the voice of Noho Labs.

This person will own how Noho shows up in the world: our messaging, PR, social presence, executive voice, influencer relationships, and brand storytelling. You’ll translate complex clinical, scientific, and health topics into language that feels clear, credible, and compelling.

What You’ll DoOwn the Noho Labs narrative
  • Build and refine Noho’s core messaging

  • Translate topics like peptides, longevity, hormone health, recovery, compounding, telehealth, and clinical care into language people understand and trust.

  • Create messaging foundations including positioning, boilerplate, founder narrative, FAQs, patient education, launch messaging, and internal talking points.

  • Write across formats: website copy, blog posts, patient education, email, social, press materials, founder posts, creator briefs, launch copy, and recruiting content.

Lead communications and PR
  • Build and execute Noho’s media strategy across health, wellness, business, technology, pharma, longevity, and lifestyle media.

  • Identify and build relationships with the right journalists, podcasts, newsletters, creators, and industry voices.

  • Write pitches, manage inbound and outbound media opportunities, prepare executives for interviews, and create briefing materials.

  • Support launches, partnerships, research updates, clinical milestones, funding announcements, and sensitive communications.

Build executive thought leadership
  • Shape the voice of Noho’s founder and leadership team across LinkedIn, X, podcasts, interviews, essays, panels, and speaking opportunities.

  • Turn leadership ideas into sharp, high-signal content that builds credibility.

  • Identify timely topics where Noho should have a point of view across peptide medicine, patient safety, telehealth, compounding, longevity, and personalized care.

Build social and cultural relevance
  • Own Noho’s social presence across relevant channels.

  • Develop content that educates, builds trust, and makes Noho feel like a category-defining brand.

  • Monitor trends across longevity, peptides, wellness, fitness, hormone health, GLP-1s, health tech, and patient communities.

  • Identify timely opportunities to join the conversation and know when not to.

Lead influencer and creator strategy
  • Build Noho’s influencer and creator strategy across health, fitness, longevity, wellness, medicine, and lifestyle.

  • Identify credible creators, practitioners, educators, podcasters, and community voices who can shape patient understanding.

  • Manage outreach, briefs, approvals, content quality, and performance tracking.

  • Create partnerships that feel authentic, educational, and brand-aligned.

Build the system
  • Create repeatable processes for content planning, media tracking, influencer outreach, social publishing, executive communications, and reporting.

  • Build the communications calendar and ensure company moments are planned and executed well.

  • Bring structure without slowing the company down.

Who You Are
  • You have 5+ years of experience across communications, PR, brand marketing, content strategy, social media, or related fields.

  • You are an exceptional writer with strong taste, precision, and voice.

  • You have experience building or sharpening a company narrative, ideally in healthcare, health tech, wellness, longevity, telehealth, pharma, biotech, or another complex category.

  • You know how to make clinical or scientific topics clear without making them careless.

  • You understand how to balance creativity with credibility in a category where trust matters.

  • You are comfortable working directly with founders and executives.

  • You can build the strategy and also write the post, pitch, brief, launch copy, or talking points yourself.

  • You are organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple workstreams at once.

  • You move quickly, bring ideas, flag risks, and operate well without perfect direction.

Nice to Have
  • Experience in telehealth, peptides, longevity, hormone health, compounding pharmacy, wellness, or consumer healthcare.

  • Relationships with health, business, wellness, technology, or lifestyle media.

  • Experience managing influencer or creator partnerships.

  • Experience building brand voice or communications from the ground up at an early-stage company.

  • Familiarity with AI tools to improve research, drafting, workflow, and speed.
