Are you looking for a role that motivates and challenges you? Are you ready for an opportunity for growth? Do you want to work on teams where people roll up their sleeves to take on tough problems together, and regularly blow the doors off our clients with their outstanding teamwork? If you answered yes to those questions, 3Cloud might just be for you!

At 3Cloud, we hire people who aren’t afraid to experiment or fail. We hire people who are willing to give direct and candid feedback to their managers, leaders, and team members. We hire people who jump at those opportunities because they care about our collective growth and success. We hire people who challenge and hold each other accountable for living 3Cloud’s core values because they know that it will result in amazing experiences and solutions for our clients and each other.

3Cloud is seeking a Head of Advisory & AI to lead the strategy, performance, growth, and continued evolution of our Advisory organization while also providing enterprise leadership for 3Cloud AI.

This executive will be accountable for building Advisory into a differentiated upstream value-creation engine—one that strengthens our access to executive decision-makers, shapes strategic transformation agendas, creates measurable client value, and expands opportunities across cloud, data and AI, application innovation, managed services, and broader technology delivery.

The SVP will lead an integrated advisory portfolio spanning:

  • Business Advisory Services
  • Technology and Digital Transformation
  • Organizational Change Management
  • Experience Design

In parallel, this leader will establish the vision, priorities, governance, and cross-functional activation model for 3Cloud AI. This includes internal AI enablement, client-facing offerings, market positioning, go-to-market alignment, executive thought leadership, and coordination across Advisory, Data and AI, Sales, Architecture and Solutions, Delivery, and Operations.

This is a business-building and enterprise-integration role. The successful candidate will lead through other leaders, scalable operating mechanisms, differentiated offerings, disciplined governance, and repeatable commercial motions.

What You Will DoLead the Advisory Business
  • Define and execute the multiyear strategy for the Advisory service line.
  • Establish the operating model, investment priorities, annual objectives, and management cadence for the business.
  • Integrate the four advisory disciplines into one cohesive, market-facing organization.
  • Determine where the practice will invest, differentiate, scale, or rationalize its capabilities.
  • Balance near-term commercial performance with long-term capability development.
Lead the 3Cloud AI Agenda
  • Define the enterprise vision and business purpose of 3Cloud AI.
  • Translate the company’s AI strategy into clear internal priorities and market-facing value propositions.
  • Establish priorities for AI-enabled offerings, internal enablement, executive messaging, and go-to-market activation.
  • Coordinate AI initiatives across Advisory, Data and AI, Sales, Architecture, Delivery, and Operations.
  • Help executive clients address AI strategy, operating models, governance, use-case prioritization, adoption, and value realization.
  • Ensure AI initiatives are grounded in measurable business outcomes rather than technology experimentation alone.
Drive Growth and Commercial Performance
  • Own Advisory performance across bookings, revenue, margin, pipeline quality, and forecast accuracy.
  • Sponsor major pursuits, strategic proposals, and priority-account growth initiatives.
  • Expand executive relationships and position 3Cloud as a trusted transformation advisor.
  • Improve the creation, qualification, and conversion of advisory-led opportunities.
  • Increase downstream revenue influenced by Advisory and AI-led engagements.
  • Align market messaging with the firm’s actual capabilities and delivery strengths.
Build a Differentiated Offering Portfolio
  • Define a clear portfolio of entry-point diagnostics, strategic advisory offerings, and transformation programs.
  • Ensure offerings are differentiated, commercially viable, repeatable, and aligned with market demand.
  • Strengthen the connection between advisory offerings and downstream implementation or managed-services opportunities.
  • Oversee the development of reusable methodologies, frameworks, accelerators, and intellectual property.
  • Rationalize offerings that lack market relevance, scalability, differentiation, or economic value.
  • Embed AI into the portfolio where it meaningfully strengthens client outcomes and competitive positioning.
Develop the Leadership Team and Organization
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Advisory leadership team.
  • Establish clear expectations for vice presidents, senior directors, directors, and other practice leaders.
  • Build organizational depth and reduce reliance on a small number of individual leaders.
  • Assess succession risk and develop a strong internal leadership pipeline.
  • Oversee hiring, performance management, development, promotion, and leadership deployment.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, quality, inclusion, innovation, and measurable client impact.
Create Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Partner with Sales to shape account strategies, pursuits, executive entry points, and growth priorities.
  • Partner with Architecture and Solutions to strengthen the transition from strategic advisory into solution definition.
  • Partner with Delivery to improve scope realism, engagement handoffs, transformation continuity, and execution quality.
  • Partner with Data and AI leaders to align AI strategy, market messaging, technical capability, and client delivery.
  • Partner with Operations to improve forecasting, staffing, governance, performance reporting, and business discipline.
  • Resolve organizational friction that inhibits growth, execution quality, or client outcomes.
Establish Governance and Operating Discipline
  • Implement scalable operating reviews, portfolio governance, and performance-management processes.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators across financial performance, client impact, talent, practice maturity, and AI activation.
  • Monitor portfolio quality, staffing effectiveness, utilization, client satisfaction, and systemic execution risk.
  • Take corrective action when growth, quality, talent, or operating effectiveness is off track.
  • Build the systems and management mechanisms required to scale without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, economics, mathematics, finance, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
  • Twenty or more years of relevant experience in management consulting, advisory services, enterprise transformation, technology consulting, professional services, or related executive leadership roles.
  • Significant experience leading a consulting practice, service line, business unit, or comparable organization with responsibility for revenue, growth, margin, talent, and operations.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling consulting offerings, leadership teams, commercial motions, and operating mechanisms.
  • A strong record of executive client leadership, business development, strategic pursuit sponsorship, and account expansion.
  • Experience leading integrated strategy-to-execution consulting models.
  • Strong understanding of the business, operating-model, governance, workforce, and transformation implications of AI.
  • Experience shaping or scaling an enterprise AI agenda, AI-enabled service line, or market-facing AI growth platform.
  • Familiarity with business transformation enabled by cloud, data, AI, digital platforms, experience design, organizational change, and managed services.
  • Experience operating within a leading consulting firm, transformation advisory organization, technology services company, or large professional-services business.
  • Exceptional executive presence, commercial judgment, communication ability, and enterprise leadership capability.
Leadership Attributes

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Enterprise-level strategic and commercial judgment
  • The ability to build a business rather than only lead individual engagements
  • The ability to lead effectively through other senior leaders
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity while introducing structure and accountability
  • Credibility with C-suite clients, technical executives, and internal business leaders
  • Strong pattern recognition across strategy, transformation, technology, and AI-enabled business change
  • The ability to balance growth, innovation, quality, talent, and operational rigor
  • The capacity to connect business ambition with architectural realities, technical capabilities, and execution constraints
