As a Senior GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in hiring top-tier talent for our GTM teams in the US. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, craft effective strategies, and ensure a seamless recruitment process for roles in sales, marketing, and customer success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles in the US, with a focus on sales.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft job descriptions, and create tailored hiring strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Leverage data to track recruitment metrics and drive process improvements.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting for GTM roles, in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Proven expertise in hiring for US-based roles and understanding of the market.
  • Experience in recruiting for cloud security roles or familiarity with the cloud security domain.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or scaling environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Resourceful and self-motivated, with a track record of finding creative solutions to hiring challenges.
