The GTM Systems Application Owner is a critical role responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of key GTM business applications, ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver value. Acting as the bridge between business needs and IT solutions, this role oversees the configuration, performance, stability, and scalability of applications while addressing security and operational requirements. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the global sales team by managing tools like Gong.io (Revenue Intelligence platform) and other applications that drive sales success and pipeline growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Requirements Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document application requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Application Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of key GTM business applications, from planning and design to implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
- Performance and Stability: Monitor application performance, address issues, and ensure stability and reliability.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure applications meet security standards, comply with regulations, and manage security risks.
- Scalability and Adaptability: Plan for future growth and ensure applications adapt to evolving business needs.
- Communication and Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business users, IT teams, and vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Cost Management: Monitor and manage application-related costs, ensuring alignment with the business budget.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, enabling effective utilization of applications.
What You’ll Bring:
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, application design, database management, and leveraging AI technologies.
- Application Knowledge: Proven experience with Revenue Intelligence platforms like Gong.io and Salesforce.com.
- Business Acumen: Ability to understand and align with business processes, requirements, and objectives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to identify and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Project Management: Experience managing application projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
The US base salary range for this position is $104,000-$156,000 base + benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. This position may also be eligible for bonus and other related benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.
