Position Overview

We’re looking for a GTM Recruiter to help Prepared continue building a high-performing, mission-driven team that transforms emergency response. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other GTM functions, partnering closely with leadership to ensure we attract and hire exceptional talent aligned with Prepared’s goals.

What You’ll Do
  • Own Full-Cycle Recruiting for up to 10 GTM roles at a time, driving sourcing, outreach, interviews, and offer processes for high-impact Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success positions.

  • Develop and Execute Recruiting Strategies aligned with GTM headcount goals, collaborating with Sales and Marketing leaders to align hiring with company priorities.

  • Manage Stakeholder Relationships by building trust with hiring managers and executives, advising on role definition, candidate profiles, compensation, and timelines.

  • Lead Offer Processes including delivering offers, negotiating compensation (OTE and equity), and guiding candidates through decision-making while educating them on startup dynamics.

  • Utilize Metrics and Reporting to monitor funnel health, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements, sharing insights regularly with stakeholders.

  • Continuously Improve Processes to enhance speed, quality, and candidate experience, implementing structured interview processes and supporting interviewer training as needed.

  • Leverage Tools Effectively using Ashby as our ATS to ensure organization and pipeline visibility.

What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Experienced Recruiter: 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting with a focus on Sales, Marketing, and GTM functions, including experience hiring quota-carrying roles.

  • Startup Operator: Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Builder Mindset: You’ve built or improved GTM recruiting processes, thrive in ambiguity, and proactively identify areas for improvement.

  • Clear Communicator: Skilled in pitching the company, role, and equity story with clarity and enthusiasm, building rapport with candidates while influencing stakeholders.

  • Operationally Strong: Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with ATS tools (Ashby a plus), using data to guide decisions and track progress.

  • GTM Market Insight: Understands what attracts top GTM talent within SaaS and how to engage them effectively.

Pay Transparency

The base pay for this role is $140,000–$150,000 per year + company equity. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Prepared’s unlimited vacation program.
