About the Role

As a founding member of our revenue organization, you will play a vital role in building and scaling our growth engine. You will drive pipeline by identifying new business opportunities and building a modern outbound playbook. You will collaborate with account executives, the VP of Sales, and the Growth team to create and execute repeatable pipeline generation processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Create and manage email campaigns for both cold and warm outbound leads.

  • Outbound Prospecting: Assemble lists of potential leads and manage outreach efforts through various channels like email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.

  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of campaigns.

  • Vendor Selection and Evaluation: Identify and select the best tools and vendors for prospecting and marketing and sales automation, including AI-driven solutions.

  • Tool Setup and System Building: Set up and integrate various automation tools, including AI tools, to build efficient systems for outbound and inbound sales efforts.

  • Data Enrichment: Use tools, including AI-driven platforms, to enrich lead data, ensuring accurate and comprehensive information for outreach.

Qualifications
  • 1+ years experience in an analytical, sales, business development, growth, or engineering role OR a former founder

  • Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools like Clay, Smart Lead, Leadfeeder, Unify, Warmly, Amplemarket, Expandi and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding expectations

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment

  • Thrives in a rapidly changing, high growth tech environment

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • A genuine curiosity around AI
