About the Role

At Goodway Group, Growth Marketers are strategic problem-solvers who look holistically at a client’s business, identify the bottlenecks preventing growth, and design data-driven experiments that unlock results. You’ll manage a team of channel experts, lead client relationships, and own growth roadmaps that deliver measurable impact.


What You’ll Do

· Diagnose a client’s current growth performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement innovative improvements.

· Manage multiple client accounts and partner with channel specialists (SEO, paid media, content, CRO, analytics, etc.) to execute growth roadmaps.

· Develop and implement a structured testing framework to collect data, analyze performance, and drive continuous improvements.

· Communicate experiment roadmaps and results to clients, translating data into actionable insights.

· Contribute to internal process improvements, helping refine how Tuff delivers client growth.


Experience & Qualifications

· 5+ years of marketing experience across multiple channels (SEO, paid acquisition, CRO, content strategy, link building).

· 2+ years of client management experience, preferably in an agency or consulting environment.

· Proven ability to manage multiple growth accounts simultaneously.

· Experience designing and executing growth experiments with measurable results.

· Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to prioritize and communicate testing roadmaps.

· Excellent communication and project management skills.
