We’re looking for an experienced, data-driven marketer to scale our B2B marketing across LinkedIn and Meta while partnering closely with regional managers, creative, sales, and analytics teams. About The Role

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Growth Marketing Team Lead to oversee and grow our paid acquisition efforts. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue through paid media campaigns. You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple platforms, ensuring we meet ambitious growth targets while maintaining efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of paid social specialists, setting clear goals, KPIs, and growth plans.
  • Strategy & Execution: Define and implement a best-in-class paid acquisition strategy across *Push* channels (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Podcast, etc.).
  • Data-Driven Growth: Analyze performance data, identify opportunities for scaling, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Budget Ownership: Manage budgets, ensuring spend efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as creative, product, and analytics teams to drive testing roadmaps, creative iterations, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Innovation: Stay on top of emerging platforms, tools, and trends in paid social to identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in user acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership/management role.
  • Deep knowledge of paid *Push* platforms, attribution models, and performance marketing best practices.
  • Full proficiency in at least two of the following platforms: Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling high paid social budgets.
  • Worked in a data-driven and analytical environment, an analytical thinker with a passion for data and optimization.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
