- Define and track key metrics: Build and own KPIs for adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
- Ensure data quality: Partner with developers to instrument and validate tracking.
- Design and analyze experiments: Build hypotheses, run A/B tests and pilots, and apply statistical methods to validate results.
- Support fast-paced execution: Manage multiple projects in parallel while owning the domain analysis end-to-end.
- Communicate with impact: Present insights clearly in English, translating complex analyses into simple, actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar analytics role (SaaS/tech preferred).

- Hands-on experience with funnels, cohorts, usability, and adoption analytics.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation; solid foundation in statistical methods.

- Independent, curious, and proactive; motivated to build from scratch and take initiative.
Why Join Us?
- Impact: Your insights will directly shape new products and experiences that drive retention.
- Variety: Work across product, onboarding, academy, and AI-driven support.
