We are looking for a Growth Marketing manager to join our marketing team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and lead demand generation programs across multiple channels, including email, nurture sequences, and webinars, to generate qualified leads.
  • Provide strategic guidance and execution direction for industry-specific verticals, staying informed on market landscape and trends.
  • Own and optimize lifecycle marketing workflows, such as lead nurturing, post-conversion journeys, onboarding touchpoints, and upsell/expansion campaigns, to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing Operations to measure and report on demand generation performance, continuously optimizing campaigns for pipeline impact.
  • Build and scale industry/vertical segmentation for targeted campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Run account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns and programs to support vertical-specific growth.
  • Write compelling demand generation and lifecycle marketing content, including emails, nurture content, and webinar copy.
  • Conduct market research and deliver written reports and insights to Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Guide and coordinate cross-functional initiatives, partnering with Sales on ICP/segmentation and pipeline goals, without direct people management responsibility.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in demand generation at a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience developing and leading demand generation programs across email, nurture sequences, and webinars
  • Proven ability to own and optimize lifecycle marketing workflows, including lead nurturing, post-conversion journeys, onboarding touchpoints, and upsell/expansion campaigns
  • Experience building and scaling industry/vertical segmentation for campaigns
  • Ability to measure and report on demand generation performance, including MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline impact
  • Experience partnering with Sales on ICP/segmentation and pipeline goals
  • Ability to conduct market research and deliver written reports/insights to Sales and Marketing teams
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to travel up to 15% for conferences and events
  • Able to work a fixed hybrid schedule with 4 days in-office and Wednesdays work-from-home

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce for CRM and reporting
  • Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot for email marketing and marketing operations
