Own the Boston office’s daily operations, including facilities, vendors, supplies, budgets, invoices, expenses, payroll inputs, and compliance. Serve as the local HR contact for onboarding, employee records, benefits, time off, and policy questions while coordinating with global People Operations and Finance teams. Plan office events, support visiting leadership, manage vendor and landlord relationships, and help maintain a connected workplace.
