What’s the role?We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will own campaign execution, optimization, and analysis for both the U.S. and Latin America—while also defining the strategy, structure, and processes for a scaling team.
This role will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer, contributing significantly to MAJORITY’s wider growth strategy and working closely with our executive leadership team.
- Campaign Ownership: Launch, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Growth Strategy: Drive acquisition through paid media, SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), App Store Optimization (ASO) and conversion optimization.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house creative team to align messaging, visuals, and campaigns for maximum impact.
- Analytics & Insights: Track and report performance, identify growth levers, and continuously test and iterate to improve ROI.
- Scalable Systems: Build playbooks, processes, and reporting frameworks that can scale as we grow.

- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- 3–5 years experience in digital marketing, with direct experience in media buying (Meta, Google, TikTok).
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with attribution, MMPs, and marketing tech stacks.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for process improvement and growth-driven experimentation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in SEO, AEO, ASO, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
- Early experience applying AI tools in marketing
- Startup or fintech background.
- Customer-first mindset with a knack for understanding audiences and tailoring growth strategies accordingly.
