About the Role:
We're seeking a hands-on growth marketing manager to own and execute our full marketing motion for our B2B SaaS solution serving accounting firms. As the sole growth marketer, you'll be responsible for driving awareness, generating qualified pipeline, and optimizing every stage of the funnel from first touch to closed deal. This role requires someone who can think strategically about growth while rolling up their sleeves to execute across channels.

- Writing, editing, and posting blog content to WordPress site
- Scheduling social to align with content, campaigns, webinars, and events
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners to create webinar decks and and schedule dry runs
- Working with our partners to analyze campaign performance data and adjusting paid media budgets across channels
- Meeting with sales to discuss pipeline metrics and conversion rates
- Writing landing page copy for an upcoming product launch
- Creating monthly performance reports and presenting insights to leadership
- Jumping into Canva to create a banner for an upcoming database send
You have 2-3 years of growth marketing or full-stack marketing experience in B2B SaaS. You're comfortable context-switching between strategic planning and hands-on execution. You're proficient with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred), understand how to set up and optimize campaigns, and can analyze data to make informed decisions about where to invest time and budget.
Strong writing skills are essential. You'll be crafting email sequences, landing page copy, and campaign messaging that resonates with back office buyers. Startup experience is a strong plus, as you'll need to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, testing quickly and iterating based on results while always thinking two steps ahead about what's coming next.
You'll own the complete growth marketing function from strategy through execution. This means you'll be working across content, paid media, social, email, events, and ABM to drive results. A week in the life might include:
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of demand generation or growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated success marketing to back office functions e.g. finance, operations, legal, procurement, etc.
- Experience with common marketing tools (Hubspot, Google Analytics, WordPress, LinkedIn Ads, Canva, and ABM platforms)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to report on campaign performance and ROI
- Understanding of the full funnel from awareness to opportunity creation
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfort using tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to supplement work
- Startup experience preferred
