Position Summary

We are seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to own all marketing for ContractWorks, Onit’s contract management solution. In this role, you will build and run the performance marketing engine that drives qualified demand, pipeline, and new customer acquisition. You will manage paid channels, conversion funnels, and experimentation end to end, and partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to turn spend into revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

ContractWorks Marketing Ownership: Own the go-to-market plan, budget, and results for ContractWorks, from strategy through campaigns, programs, and day-to-day execution.

Paid and Organic Performance Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting programs across Google, LinkedIn, and other channels, and partner with content and web teams on SEO, to drive efficient pipeline and customer acquisition.

Funnel and Conversion Optimization: Improve conversion at every stage, including landing pages, trials and demo requests, forms, and nurture, using structured A/B and multivariate testing.

Lifecycle and Demand Programs: Build email, nurture, and retargeting programs that move leads from first touch to sales-ready and support the SDR and sales handoff.

Budget, Vendor, and Efficiency Management: Manage program budget and agency and tool partners; track CAC, cost per opportunity, ROAS, and payback, and reallocate spend toward what performs.

Analytics and Reporting: Build dashboards and regular reporting on MQLs, marketing originated pipeline, marketing influenced bookings, and revenue; turn the insights into clear next steps.

Experimentation Roadmap: Maintain a prioritized testing backlog across channels, messaging, offers, and audiences, and share results and learnings with the broader marketing team.

Cross-Functional Partnership: Work with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Rev Ops on messaging, lead quality, routing, and attribution so marketing and sales share one view of performance.

Required Skills:

5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on performance, demand generation, or growth marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology.

Proven track record managing paid digital programs (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, paid social, retargeting) with measurable pipeline and revenue results.

Hands-on experience with conversion rate optimization and marketing experimentation, with an analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to decisions.

Strong command of marketing metrics, including CAC, ROAS, cost per opportunity, funnel conversion, and attribution.

Proficient in HubSpot and Salesforce, plus analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across Sales, Product Marketing, and Rev Ops.

At Onit, we’re committed to offering fair and competitive compensation. In addition to base pay, associates are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The final base salary you receive will reflect factors such as your skills, education, experience, and work location.
