Execute and elevate Onit’s organic social presence, particularly on LinkedIn, through editorial calendar management, social-first content creation, executive thought leadership, brand voice governance, storytelling, social listening, performance analysis, testing, and cross-functional campaign collaboration.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, expansion, product adoption, and account health. Serve as a strategic advisor and customer advocate, deliver training, identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and collaborate cross-functionally with Legal Ops, Legal, Finance, and IT stakeholders. Contribute to best practices, scalable customer programs, onboarding, interviewing, and coaching while translating customer needs into product and process improvements.

Own the post-sale lifecycle for approximately 60 mid-market OnitX customers. Serve as a trusted advisor, guide customers toward legal operations outcomes, monitor account health, mitigate churn risks, conduct business reviews, support renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Product, Implementation, Support, Marketing, and Account Management. Share customer feedback and best practices to improve customer success operations.
