Define and evolve the OnitX AppBuilder platform architecture, set standards and governance, lead frontend and backend technical direction, mentor engineers, drive adoption of microservices and event-driven patterns, ensure security/compliance, collaborate with DevOps/SRE, and integrate AI to improve performance and velocity.

Quota-bearing account manager responsible for retention, renewals, and cross-sell/up-sell across a customer portfolio. Acts as primary customer relationship owner and trusted advisor, conducting quarterly business reviews, managing escalations, maintaining account plans and risk ratings in CRM, and coordinating with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Services. Requires ~25% travel and legal-industry experience is a plus.

Manage and grow a portfolio of channel and alliance partners to drive revenue. Recruit and onboard partners, co-develop joint go-to-market plans, track partner performance and pipeline, negotiate partnership agreements, coordinate internal teams, and support program growth and process improvements.
