The Mission

Your mission is to architect, launch, and dominate a premier Direct-to-Consumer Insurance vertical within the Madrivo ecosystem. This is not a "maintenance" role; this is a founding-executive opportunity to build a high-independent-asset-value vertical from the ground up.

Leveraging Madrivo’s powerhouse reputation, in-house agency, and exclusive media inventory, you will own the entire lifecycle of the Insurance vertical—from sales and strategic partnerships to monetization optimization and media strategy. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional ROAS for carrier partners, maximizing yield for our publishers, and ensuring a seamless, high-intent experience for the end consumer.

The Outcomes (Your First 12 Months)

  • Vertical Launch & Revenue: Establish a high-growth Insurance vertical achieving $5M in top-line revenue with a minimum 20% gross margin.
  • Yield Optimization: Extract an additional 5% margin through sophisticated post-monetization strategies (cross-sells, remarketing, and path optimization).
  • Publisher Dominance: Establish the #1 Insurance offer within the Madrivo network, consistently delivering the highest eCPM for our internal and external publishers.
  • Strategic Acceleration: Build a roadmap that accelerates our 5-year enterprise strategy, creating a vertical with massive standalone asset value.

The Competencies

We are looking for a "Rainmaker" who possesses a rare blend of high-level strategy and "Get Sh*t Done" (GSD) execution.

  • Insurance Domain Mastery: You possess 5+ years of proven success within the Insurance lead generation space (Auto, Health, Life, or Medicare). You speak the language of carriers, agents, and aggregators.
  • Vertical Architect: You have a track record of building an Insurance vertical for an aggregator or agency from scratch, specifically leading demand for a $25M+ annual revenue business.
  • Master Dealmaker: You don't just "manage" accounts; you have personally closed, onboarded, and scaled the top buyers of leads, clicks, and calls in the Insurance industry.
  • Full-Funnel Orchestrator: You understand the consumer journey from the first click to the final policy. You have experience orchestrating monetization throughout that journey to maximize every cent of yield.
  • Media Strategist: You have led media buying strategies (Search, Social, Native, or Email) that resulted in positive yield for the house and high ROAS for the buyers.
  • The Hybrid Leader: You are hungry, humble, and analytical. You have the ability to work autonomously as a hands-on contributor in the early days, with the vision to recruit and lead a world-class team as you scale.

Why Madrivo?

Madrivo is a premier performance marketing agency that helps brands acquire customers at scale. We provide our GMs with a massive unfair advantage:

  • Exclusive Media Inventory: Access to top-tier, exclusive traffic sources that competitors can't touch.
  • Elite Infrastructure: An in-house creative agency, a robust marketing team, and proprietary technology built for scale.
  • Strategic Power: A reputation for excellence that opens doors to the world’s largest brands.

Are you ready?

If you are a sophisticated sales executive with a growth mindset and the technical depth to build a $25M Insurance empire, we want to talk to you. This is your chance to own a vertical, build a team, and create a high-value asset under the Madrivo banner.
