🚀 Growth Hacker / Launch Lead

Finni Health is one of the fastest-growing companies in behavioral health — 200% YoY growth, approaching profitability, and backed by Y Combinator, General Catalyst, and leading digital health founders.

We’re reimagining how ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) clinics operate — giving independent providers the tools, systems, and support to build thriving, patient-centered practices. Our mission is to make healthcare a fundamental right, not a privilege — and help therapists focus on what actually matters: delivering life-changing care to kids and families.

Now we’re looking for a Growth Hacker / Launch Lead — part operator, part builder, part strategist — to take signed practice owners from contract to clinic launch and scale our launch machine from dozens to hundreds.

You’ll own the full journey: activation, velocity, and performance. You’ll turn signed practices into live, thriving clinics — fast, efficiently, and with repeatable excellence.

What You’ll Do

Drive Launch Velocity

  • Own the pipeline of signed practice owners and take them from signature to launch.

  • Build and manage the “launch machine” — playbooks, automations, and data loops that cut friction and increase activation speed.

  • Track every step: credentialing, staffing, billing setup, payer contracting, and patient onboarding.

📊 Turn Chaos Into Systems

  • Build dashboards that make launch performance visible and actionable.

  • Identify blockers, create rapid experiments, and implement scalable fixes.

  • Find the patterns behind delays and turn insights into product or process improvements.

🤝 Partner Deeply Across Teams

  • Work cross-functionally with Provider Success, Finance, and Ops to keep every practice on track.

  • Create alignment between teams so that signed providers don’t slip through cracks.

  • Be the voice of the provider internally — ensuring their experience gets faster, smoother, and more scalable with every launch.

🧠 Hack Growth and Conversion

  • Experiment with onboarding flows, incentives, and messaging to improve activation rates.

  • Build data-driven hypotheses and test new ways to accelerate time-to-first-patient.

  • Partner with leadership to define the KPIs that actually drive practice growth.

🏗️ Build for Scale

  • Design systems that enable Finni to manage 10x more practices with 10x fewer people.

  • Automate what can be automated, standardize what can be standardized, and keep what’s human where it matters most.

  • Help shape the infrastructure that will scale Finni from 1000 to 10,000 providers.

Who You Are
  • 3–6 years of experience in growth, operations, or BizOps — ideally in a startup or high-velocity environment.

  • A systems thinker who moves fast — you can build a process in Notion before lunch and fix a funnel metric by dinner.

  • Analytical and creative — you use data to drive action, not just to make dashboards look pretty.

  • A natural operator who thrives in ambiguity and loves solving messy, cross-functional problems.

  • Obsessed with speed, clarity, and ownership — you make things happen and pull others with you.

  • Bonus: experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or B2B SaaS operations.

Why You’ll Love Finni
  • You’ll own one of the most critical growth levers in the company: turning signed providers into launched clinics.

  • You’ll work directly with the founders and leadership team on high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.

  • You’ll help build the infrastructure for one of the fastest-growing companies in behavioral health.

  • You’ll get to mix mission-driven impact with startup velocity — improving care for families while scaling something that actually matters.

Finni Health is where builders come to make healthcare better — faster.
If you’re scrappy, data-driven, and obsessed with momentum, we want to talk to you.

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
