Position Overview: Cellebrite is looking for an experienced Group Product Manager to lead the definition and direction Cellebrite Inseyets Physical Analyzer. This role is focused on problem discovery, customer needs, prioritization, and outcomes. In this position, you will own the product release cycle from requirement gathering to product release. You will be working closely with other PMs, architects, and the R&D teams, and reporting to the Director of Product for Inseyets.
Responsibilities:
As a Group Product Manager at Cellebrite you will manage and develop a small team of Technical Product Managers while owning product strategy, including driving this newly formed product to product-market fit. You’ll enjoy the peek into our global law enforcement and intelligence customers’ workflow and operational needs, have the privilege of helping them excel in their mission and making the world a better place.
- Lead product strategy from initial concept through product-market fit
- Identify and prioritize customer problems worth solving, based on impact, feasibility, and revenue potential
- Define clear problem statements and desired outcomes
- Partner with leadership to assess commercial opportunity and business value of product initiatives
- Guide your team in:
- Problem discovery and validation
- Outcome definition
- Prioritization frameworks
- Own and communicate product direction and vision across stakeholders
- Evaluate how effectively your team identifies, prioritizes, and articulates the right problems to solve
- Serve as a senior product leader who can confidently lead ambiguity and build from scratch
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience in Digital Forensics (advantage)
- 1+ years managing a team of Product Managers (advantage)
- Strong background in owning product direction, not just backlog or execution
- Experience working on technically complex products
- Ability to connect customer problems and business outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering-adjacent field (preferred)
