Choice Hotels, one of the world’s largest lodging franchisors, has an exciting opportunity for a Group Lead Management Coordinator to join our dynamic Inside Sales team supporting the Global Sales organization. The Inside Sales team is responsible for managing all business groups of ten or more rooms, driving room nights and revenue to over 7,500 hotels worldwide. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in supporting both Global Sales and strategic operations, ensuring a seamless balance between meeting client expectations and delivering exceptional service to our hotel partners.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing group business opportunities (10+ rooms), driving room nights and revenue across the Choice Hotels portfolio.

  • Collaborate with hotel partners to ensure they are equipped to respond to group business inquiries and deliver exceptional service.

  • Function as a liaison between hotel partners and clients to ensure clear communication, timely responses, and an elevated level of customer service

  • Track, assign, and follow up on sales leads using Salesforce to ensure efficient lead handling and conversion.

  • Partner with Global Sales, Revenue Management, and Customer Support teams to align on organizational goals and deliver a seamless experience for clients and hotel partners.

  • Provide administrative support to sales leaders, participate in internal meetings and training sessions via Zoom, and assist with team initiatives and peer collaboration.

Your Experience, Skills & Competencies

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service is required.

  • Prior experience in the hotel, hospitality, or related industry is highly desirable.

  • Salesforce experience is highly preferred.

Your Team

This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Manager, Inside Sales. You will have ten peer teammates and collaborate with cross-functional departments on a regular basis.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $48,765 to $57,298 annually.

The pay ranges listed are for this position and are what Choice Hotels reasonably expects to pay. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.

Your Work Location

As our Group Lead Management Coordinator, you will be a remote-based associate, working from your home office. You will be required to connect with Choice team members and leadership on video via Zoom, with possible periodic travel in-person to our beautiful, state-of-the-art worldwide offices in North Bethesda, MD, Scottsdale, AZ, or St. Louis Park, MN.
