The Role: Copywriter – Health & Life Sciences
We’re looking for a skilled conceptual copywriter who knows how to inspire both patients and healthcare professionals to take action. You’re a self-starter who brings clarity, originality, and impact to every line of copy—whether it’s a headline, email, or campaign concept. You're also a creative thinker who can generate bold, fresh ideas that stand out in a regulated industry, all while navigating compliance with confidence and care.
You’ll collaborate closely with Art Directors, Designers, Strategists, and Marketers to craft ideas that resonate and drive results. From high-level campaign concepts to microcopy, you understand how to connect with audiences through smart strategy and sharp execution. If you’re passionate about making a difference through storytelling—and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment—we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
-
Develop original, big-picture campaign concepts that fuel engagement and elevate brand presence
-
Write persuasive, on-brand copy for healthcare and life sciences clients across digital, print, and experiential formats
-
Tailor messaging across websites, ads, email, SMS, sales materials, and more
-
Partner with cross-functional teams to align content with strategy, business goals, and audience needs
-
Craft content that’s compliant yet compelling—navigating regulatory frameworks with creativity
-
Build messaging that resonates across diverse audiences, including HCPs, patients, and caregivers
-
Stay ahead of trends and uncover insights that inform bold creative ideas
-
Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and style across all touchpoints
-
Collaborate with art directors/designers to ensure ideas come to life visually and verbally
-
Manage multiple projects and timelines with poise and precision
What You’ll Bring
-
6+ years of copywriting experience in a healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences-focused agency or related field
-
Proven success in concept development and campaign ideation, backed by a strong portfolio
-
Experience working within regulatory and compliance guidelines
-
Deep understanding of patient and HCP motivations—and how to speak to them authentically
-
Strong storytelling skills in both long and short form content
-
Collaborative spirit and openness to feedback and iteration
-
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
-
