About the role:
We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will have meaningful experience in graphic design within a fast-paced ecommerce environment and will collaborate across teams and functions to create visually compelling to support our marketing efforts. This role requires someone with a strong design background who can partner closely with business and marketing partners to create high-quality visual content.
Responsibilities
•Create visually compelling designs for websites, email, social media, and other digital channels. Collaborate with marketing, product, and UX teams to develop and execute design strategies. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, advancements and best practices in graphic design and user experience design.
Requirements
•Proven experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or a similar creative role. Strong design skills with proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).
•Ability to translate understanding of target audiences and personas into design choices and strategies
•Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across marketing, product, UXteams in a fast-paced test-and-lean environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Sketch, Figma, or other design tools.
•Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and the impact of design on technical performance.Find creative opportunities to enhance user experience.
