As a Graphic Designer at WHOOP, you'll create visually compelling designs for various mediums, collaborate with teams, and maintain brand consistency.

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll help bring our brand to life across every touchpoint, from our digital campaigns and social storytelling, to our retail and in-store experiences. You’ll design work that not only looks beautiful, but is highly effective, delivering on key business goals.
You’ll collaborate closely with other creatives to deliver best-in-class design that supports our marketing, wholesale, and brand needs. This includes concepting and producing assets across print, digital, social, packaging, signage, point-of-sale, and experiential activations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Think idea-first while always mapping back to the business objective or overarching project goal
- Collaborate cross-functionally to brainstorm creative concepts and executions
- Translate the WHOOP brand into visually compelling design across retail, campaign, and digital channels
- Create best-in-class visual executions that balance design decisions with business needs, ensuring all creative is not only beautifully crafted, but delivers on its goals
- Manage production-ready files for print, retail, and digital, ensuring color, type, and layout fidelity
- Design premium in-store experiences and POS materials that elevate the brand and drive conversion
- Demonstrate an understanding of responsive design and UX best practices
- Develop and design presentations, decks, and other internal brand materials
- Apply basic photo retouching skills where needed
- Organize files meticulously and maintain rigorous attention to detail
- Contribute positively to the growth and culture of the creative team
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring design consistency while identifying opportunities for new considerations and brand evolution
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years experience in advertising/design experience within an agency or in-house creative department
- Advanced knowledge and working experience of the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. Added bonus if you work with Premiere and AfterEffects.
- Must be comfortable using the Google Suite, Figma, Box, and task managers like Monday.com
- Able to set up files for print and liaise with our in-house teams and printers
- A portfolio of work that demonstrates original creative thinking and design craft
- A high level of creativity and attention to detail
- Familiarity with AI tools and their ability to expedite innovation – and enhance efficiency. Willingness to embrace and experiment.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- A keen personal interest in the fitness and performance space is also desirable but not compulsory

At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $45,000 - $80,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package..
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
