Job Description SummaryAt GE HealthCare, we are creating the future of precision care through advanced imaging, AI-enabled technologies, and connected healthcare ecosystems. The Graphic Designer, Advanced Imaging Solutions (AIS), will play a critical role in translating complex clinical innovations into compelling visual communications that inspire customers, support commercial growth, and strengthen the GE HealthCare brand.
Reporting to the Head of Creative & Storytelling, this role will support a broad portfolio of imaging and digital solutions including MR, CT, Ultrasound, Molecular Imaging, Women’s Health, X-Ray, Advanced Visualization, Procedural Guidance, and Cardiovascular Information Systems (CVIS).
The ideal candidate is a highly skilled designer with a strong understanding of brand systems, visual storytelling, and content development across digital, print, event, and sales enablement channels. They possess advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, as well as Figma and AI-powered creative tools. This individual has demonstrated experience creating a wide range of digital, print, social, video, and campaign assets while maintaining brand consistency and high creative standards. They are adept at leveraging generative AI technologies and design automation tools to accelerate workflows, scale creative production, and efficiently deliver high-impact marketing materials across multiple channels.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design compelling creative assets across multiple channels, including campaign materials, product launch assets, sales enablement tools, infographics, digital advertising, email marketing, social media, event materials, executive communications, and dynamic presentation decks.

  • Create next-level PowerPoint presentations that combine visual storytelling, clean layouts, compelling typography, thoughtful motion, and clear messaging to deliver memorable, persuasive, and easy-to-understand content.

  • Design presentations tailored to diverse audiences, including business, creative, clinical, and executive stakeholders.

  • Apply strong visual hierarchy, minimal text, meaningful visuals, consistent branding, data visualizations, high-quality imagery, and purposeful animations to effectively communicate key messages.

  • Develop presentations with a clear narrative flow, ensuring each slide builds naturally on the previous one while maintaining exceptional attention to spacing, alignment, and visual balance.

  • Translate complex clinical, technical, and business concepts into clear, engaging visual stories that communicate customer value, workflow efficiencies, and patient impact.

  • Leverage generative AI and automation tools to accelerate creative development, increase scalability, and improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Ensure all creative work aligns with GE HealthCare brand standards and maintains consistency across global campaigns and business initiatives.

  • Collaborate with product marketing, clinical teams, content strategists, and commercial stakeholders to develop and execute impactful creative solutions.

  • Manage creative assets, support localization and versioning efforts, and develop scalable templates and design systems that drive operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in healthcare, medical technology, life sciences, or B2B environments.

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

  • Advanced PowerPoint presentation design expertise with demonstrated strengths in visual storytelling, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, and information design.

  • Experience designing for both digital and print channels.

  • Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, exceptional creative execution, and presentation design excellence.

  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance design productivity, quality, and scalability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or technology brands.

  • Familiarity with Figma and collaborative design workflows.

  • Experience creating infographics, data visualizations, scientific communications, and executive presentations.

  • Understanding of accessibility standards, user-centered design principles, and regulated industry environments.

  • Experience developing presentation templates, design systems, and brand-compliant storytelling frameworks.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $89,600.00-$134,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
