As a Senior Go-to-Market Manager, Apparel and Accessories at WHOOP, you will lead the development and execution of cross-functional launch strategies for our expanding line of innovative performance gear. You are a highly organized, collaborative, and strategic operator who thrives on bringing complex launches to life — from story development and campaign planning to briefing asset creation, collaborating on channel plans and executional excellence. You will serve as the connective tissue across Apparel and Accessories, Commercial and Integrated Marketing, Creative, Channel Marketing leads, and Partnerships to ensure launch success across DTC and wholesale channels.
This role reports to the General Manager, Accessories & Apparel.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the GTM lead for all Apparel and Accessories product launches, with an emphasis on Marketing Planning through campaign execution and review.
- Drive the development and delivery of cross-functional GTM plans: including campaign architecture, channel allocation, KPIs, and execution timelines.
- Own the planning and coordination of seasonal marketing and sales calendars for Accessories and Apparel.
- Partner closely with the Apparel and Accessories team, Marketing channel leads, Sports and Talent, and integrated Marketing to ensure readiness across inventory, creative, and channels. Ensure that cross functional partners experience tighter, more focused, planning and execution.
- Represent A&A in Marketing Moments Council meetings for all near- and mid-term campaigns, reiterating priority, KPIs, and plans.
- Translate product stories into campaign briefs and asset requirements across paid, owned, earned, and retail.
- Ensure alignment on sales channel strategy, including DTC and wholesale deliverables and messaging priorities.
- Monitor in-market performance of campaigns; lead weekly cross-functional optimizations and mid-launch adjustments, establishing dashboards where applicable and ensuring visibility for cross-functional teams.
- Lead post-launch reviews and translate learnings into future GTM playbooks and strategic planning cycles.
- Contribute to the long-range roadmap by feeding in insights from market reception, partner feedback, and member engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6+ years of experience in go-to-market, integrated marketing, or product launch strategy, preferably in consumer goods, apparel, or wearables.
- Demonstrated success leading end-to-end GTM efforts from strategy through execution.
- Highly collaborative with experience aligning cross-functional teams around clear plans and KPIs.
- Deep understanding of DTC and wholesale channel dynamics.
- Experience with marketing campaign planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Able to manage multiple timelines and priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments; naturally proactive and solution-oriented.
