- Enable new medicine launches in LOCs working collaboratively with BU DD&T and GDD&T colleagues to identify, design, and deliver future launch enterprise capability needs.
- Develop new enterprise business cases and implement Proof of Concepts (POCs) for innovative digital capabilities.
- Amplify impact of CEE capabilities by developing and analyzing value metrics / KPIs to measure success of enterprise products / platforms
- Elevate broader internal and external awareness of CEE capabilities and how they are enabling digital transformation across Takeda and for Takeda's customers (patients, HCPs, donors)
ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Analyze key performance indicators to optimize strategies and maximize effectiveness.
- Elevate internal and external awareness of CEE impact across variety of audiences and channels
Innovation Ideation and Implementation:
- Lead ideation workshops, exploring disruptive concepts that can transform commercial methodologies.
- Test and validate groundbreaking ideas that demonstrate potential for market success and which can be scaled.
- Collaborate with DD&T BU teams to enable successful downstream localization and market execution
- Market trend analysis and responsiveness: continuously monitor and respond to evolving market trends, adapting GTM strategies to maintain competitive advantage
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a connector across Takeda's existing enterprise capabilities to ensure synergy and alignment with broader organizational goals.
- Build effective communication channels with teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Foster synergy among marketing, sales, GDD&T, BU DD&T, and CEE product/platform teams to guarantee seamless deployment

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
- Advanced degree in majors related to marketing, engineering, digital technology, business administration or other related areas.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare industry; With experiences in digital omnichannel, insales operations, or related and deep understanding of drug launches, commercialization, and global healthcare systems (3+ years preferred);
- Proven track record of leading innovative digital transformation initiatives, including the design and implementation of scalable digital capabilities within a healthcare or commercial setting.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills that translate technical concepts into compelling business narratives for diverse audiences
- Strong experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments, managing complex stakeholder relationships
