Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Want to impact how AI can make a real difference in the way a global Sales organization works? In this internship, you will help uncover the everyday tasks and process gaps that slow sales teams down, then turn those findings into practical solutions using Microsoft Copilot and related automations. You will have the opportunity to work with stakeholders across the organization, build and implement AI-enabled solutions, and measure how your work improves productivity. This is a hands-on role where your ideas can lead to visible, measurable change.

The Role

  • Discover Opportunities to Improve the Sales Experience
  • Work with sales teams across different countries to identify repetitive tasks, process pain points, and activities that take time away from selling. You'll help uncover opportunities where AI, automation, or better ways of working can improve productivity.

  • Turn Findings into Action
  • Analyze what you learn and help prioritize the opportunities with the greatest impact. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to recommend practical improvements and help build a roadmap for implementation.

  • Build & Implement AI Solutions
  • Help design and implement solutions using Microsoft Copilot, agents, chatbots, Excel automation, and other AI-enabled tools. You'll have the opportunity to see your ideas move from concept to implementation and directly measure their impact on the business.

  • Support Sales Process Documentation
  • Support the documentation of key sales processes, workflows, and best practices to create clear, user-friendly reference materials that help sales teams work more consistently and efficiently across regions and successfully pass Audit ISO 9001:2015.

    The Outcomes

    • Identify and document key productivity challenges affecting the global Sales organization.
    • Share recommendations and action plans to address high-impact opportunities.
    • Create and maintain clear sales process documentation that supports consistent execution and knowledge sharing across the global Sales organization.
    • Implement AI-enabled solutions that reduce administrative and low-value activities.
    • Present the business impact of your work, including efficiency improvements and lessons learned.

The hourly rate for this position is $20/hour.

    • Interest in applying Microsoft Copilot, agents, chatbots, Excel automation, and related AI solutions to business processes.
    • Ability to develop a clear, prioritized action plan from assessment findings.
    • Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and support governance decisions when needed.
    • Comfort taking ownership of implementation and measuring the resulting efficiency gains.
