Global Partner Program Manager, Channel Sales
📍 Woburn, MA (Greater Boston area) | Hybrid | Reports to: Global VP of Pathway Sales

Shape how Blancco scales through its global partner ecosystem.

Blancco's partner network is a core growth engine for the business — spanning resellers, ITAD partners, and technology alliances worldwide. We're looking for a Partner Program Manager who can take ownership of how that network runs: designing the programs, tools, and incentives that make Blancco the clear choice for our partners, and the people who make partner success measurable and scalable.

This role reports directly to our Global VP of Pathway Sales, with visibility across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Channel Marketing — and a clear path to Senior Partner Program Manager as our partner ecosystem grows.

What you'll own:

  • Monitor, refine and continuously improve Blancco's Channel Partner and ITAD partner programs — benefits, terms, and rules of engagement
  • Manage our incentive automation platform end-to-end, becoming the in-house SME and go-to resource for internal stakeholders
  • Lead partner onboarding and enablement at scale, ensuring smooth, compliant operations as the program grows
  • Partner cross-functionally with Legal and Finance to structure incentives, budgets, and agreement terms
  • Act as the go-to expert for partner program initiatives across the global field organization and within Salesforce
  • Track and report on program performance, ensuring transparency and value for partners and internal teams alike

What you bring — must-haves:

  • Demonstrated experience designing and managing partner/channel programs
  • Strong project and program management skills, with experience leading cross-functional, virtual teams
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM
  • Comfort working across time zones with a globally distributed team

Nice-to-haves:

  • Consultative partnering experience in technology, software, or decision-science markets
  • Experience managing third-party vendor relationships
  • Executive-level relationship-building experience

The details:

  • Based in our Woburn, MA office (Greater Boston area)
  • 5–10% travel
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this role
  • Salary: $85,000–$95,000 base

Why Blancco: We help the world's leading organizations manage end-of-life data securely — supporting the circular economy, reducing e-waste, and closing data security gaps that put companies at risk. It's meaningful work, backed by a global sales team that takes partnership seriously.
