What you'll own:
- Monitor, refine and continuously improve Blancco's Channel Partner and ITAD partner programs — benefits, terms, and rules of engagement
- Manage our incentive automation platform end-to-end, becoming the in-house SME and go-to resource for internal stakeholders
- Lead partner onboarding and enablement at scale, ensuring smooth, compliant operations as the program grows
- Partner cross-functionally with Legal and Finance to structure incentives, budgets, and agreement terms
- Act as the go-to expert for partner program initiatives across the global field organization and within Salesforce
- Track and report on program performance, ensuring transparency and value for partners and internal teams alike
- Demonstrated experience designing and managing partner/channel programs
- Strong project and program management skills, with experience leading cross-functional, virtual teams
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Comfort working across time zones with a globally distributed team
- Consultative partnering experience in technology, software, or decision-science markets
- Experience managing third-party vendor relationships
- Executive-level relationship-building experience
- Based in our Woburn, MA office (Greater Boston area)
- 5–10% travel

- Salary: $85,000–$95,000 base
