Keeper is hiring a driven Partner Operations Specialist to join the Keeper Partner Sales team. This is a 100% remote position from select locations with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the Chicago, IL metro area.

About the Role

The Global Partner Operations Specialist will work alongside the Keeper Security MSP and Channel Sales teams in supporting the on-boarding, training and pre-sales efforts involving value-added resellers, MSPs, MSSPs and distributors. This role will be responsible for communicating the value proposition and features of Keeper to partner representatives and supporting the operations of our MSP and Channel Teams.

Responsibilities

  • Create partner-oriented sales and marketing collateral to facilitate partner sales
  • Manage the calendar of partner-focused events, campaigns, and special promotions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and partner agreements
  • Identify, plan, and uncover opportunities to train sales and engineering representatives within our partner organisations
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates on reporting and data integrity issues in Salesforce
  • Identify, document and implement improvements to streamline inefficient workflows
  • Create, deploy and manage MSP and Channel playbooks or SOPs
  • Triage requests from internal and external partners and route them to appropriate resources
  • Align closely with Partner Sales Teams, Marketing, Product Management and Legal to our strategic initiatives
  • Manage Partner Portal access, content and training
  • Participate as part of the Channel and MSP teams to achieve or exceed revenue targets
  • Travel to customer meetings (locally and nationally) and rent and/or operate a car on behalf of the company
Requirements
  • 2+ years of channel sales support or relevant experience
  • Basic project management skills
  • Content creation and training skills
  • Strong Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Good technical capabilities, sales skills, and a strong entrepreneurial drive
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to excel in a team oriented atmosphere
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, Google Suite heavily preferred
  • Willingness to travel 25% of the time
