The global Network MDM strategy lead acts as the CEO for the Network MDM business and is responsible for the overall success of the product. That includes responsibility for Network MDM product strategy, go-to-market strategy and customer success. This role is highly customer facing, playing a lead role in senior level customer discussions and owning senior level relationships. The strategy lead is also responsible for the Network MDM information flow to the sales teams and content and structure of our customer events.
What You'll Do
- Create and own the revenue growth plan for Network MDM
- Advise the Network MDM product team on product strategy and priorities
- Create the Network MDM go to market strategy
- Create the Network MDM sales messaging and teach it to the commercial sales team
- Play a customer facing role in senior level discussions on the Network MDM product and strategy
- Work with the Veeva professional services team and partner network to optimize Network MDM implementations for efficiency and customer success
Requirements
- Deep understanding of data management processes in Life Sciences
- 8+ years working in the Life Sciences industry
- 5+ years working at either a major consulting firm or technology company
- 5+ years experience with MDM or data platforms (i.e. Databricks, Snowflake)
- 3+ years experience in strategy or sales roles for software or platforms solutions
- 3+ years owning relationships with senior level leaders at life sciences companies

Compensation
- Base pay: $125,000 - $300,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
