Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated Global Hyperscale Account Manager to join our Iron Mountain Data Centers team.
In this role, you will play a vital part in cultivating trusted, long-term relationships with our largest hyperscale clients while bridging the gap between customer requirements and operational delivery. Here, your project management expertise and data center insight will ensure seamless service implementations, rapid issue resolution, and proactive account growth. You will have the opportunity to serve as the primary advocate for key industry partners, shaping how we deliver mission-critical infrastructure at scale.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Client Relationship & Renewal Management: Build long-term trust with key decision-makers, manage contract renewals, and lead commercial negotiations around pricing and terms in CRM systems.
Project Implementation & Oversight: Oversee the delivery of data center products and services, managing project scopes, schedules, risk evaluations, and cross-functional resource alignment.
Issue Resolution & Advocacy: Serve as the primary customer focal point, triaging and resolving complex service or billing escalations with urgency using platforms like ServiceNow.
Performance Reporting & Governance: Deliver detailed customer reporting packages, support client audit participation, and maintain clear, frequent bi-directional communication with executive stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of experience in account management, project management, customer support, or data center/IT service delivery.
Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, networking, cloud services, or colocation environments.
Proven ability in leading multi-phase project implementations, managing client escalations, and negotiating commercial agreements.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent communication, workload prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Location: Remote
Travel: 10–15% for customer meetings
