Being a Bobber is all about being you. We want you to bring all parts of yourself to work, giving you the freedom and confidence to be the best you and do your best work. If that's bubbly, shy, precise, funny, bold, kind, honest, brilliant, or anything in between, we're waiting with open arms. Come join us.
As the Global Head of Technology Partnerships, you will be responsible for leading HiBob's global ecosystem of integrated technology partners. This includes overseeing the HiBob Marketplace, setting the strategic roadmap for integrations, and driving joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives that generate pipeline and impact revenue. This role requires both executive-level leadership and hands-on execution. You will optimize current programs and launch new alliances, all while collaborating deeply with internal teams and external partners to accelerate mutual success.

  • 10-15+ years in partnerships, alliances, or business development roles in Tech
  • 5+ years in People Management leading global teams
  • Deep understanding B2B software/SaaS, with cloud, APIs, and platform ecosystems.
Proven success managing global partner programs or strategic alliances.
  • Commercial acumen to build mutually beneficial deals that impact revenue.
  • Experience navigating global partner landscapes, including regional nuances.
  • Executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, building programs from the ground up, and adapting quickly.

Job Responsibilities
What will you do?
  • Lead GTM execution across all partnership tiers to drive partner-sourced pipeline and influence customer deals.
  • Define and execute a global partner strategy aligned with HiBob's growth and product roadmap.
  • Track program KPIs and present insights and outcomes to executive stakeholders.
  • Identify, prioritize, and onboard new strategic partners including ISVs, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and integration-focused ecosystems.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap and ensure seamless handoff from integration to activation.
  • Set and refine KPIs, mutual action plans, and accountability metrics for global technology partnerships.
  • Structure scalable co-marketing, enablement, and co-selling initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with partner sales teams to generate net-new opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to promote partner offerings and drive adoption.
  • Host joint activities such as webinars, lunch & learns, and executive briefings.
  • Manage the HiBob Marketplace and ensure it reflects strategic value for customers and partners.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
